Boys & Girls Grades 6-12

Session dates: 7/14, 7/15, 7/16, 7/17

Proceeds to benefit The Emma Ryan Memorial Fund

• Who: Boys and Girls in Grades 6-12

• When: 6:30-8:30 PM

• Where: Finlayson Field, Hull High School

• Registration: Is required and can be done online (Add to cart below)

• Cost: $200 (four 2 hour sessions)

 See below for specific precautions for the clinic:

Participants:

• DO NOT send your child to clinic if they are showing symptoms of possible COVID-19 or if they have recently been in contact with someone that has tested positive or is displaying possible symptoms (cough, shortness of breath, chills, headache, sore throat, loss of taste or smell, diarrhea, fever).

 Parents:

• Sign Waiver (Available on first night of clinic)

• Limit visit to clinic during sessions, except to drop-off and pick-up participants. 

• Maintain a separation of at least 6 feet from individuals not within the household during clinic drop off and pick up.

Staff:

• All staff will adhere to proper cleaning and disinfection, hand hygiene, and respiratory etiquette.

• Face coverings will be worn by coaches, volunteers, other staff, youth chaperones and spectators in accordance with MA guidelines to prevent against the transmission of COVID-19 throughout the duration of the clinic.
