Join Proving Ground Studio and their trainers for a 50-minute outdoor, body weight boot camp class to honor Emma and support the foundation.

Please wear comfortable workout gear and bring your signed waiver form, water bottle, small towel, and cash for post-workout refreshments.

Pre-registration is preferred, but walk-ins are welcome.
